Logistics & Lead Times

Our near-shore model keeps your inventory a drive away instead of an ocean away. We stage finished goods at our partner facility in Mexico, move shipments through controlled border lanes, and deliver straight into your distribution network. This gives you faster replenishment, steadier forecasting, and fewer surprises. Below are our standard lead-time ranges, MOQs, packaging details, and shipping options so your materials team can plan with real confidence.

2–3 day coverage

Texas, Southwest, and border-region IDNs receive replenishment in 2–3 business days thanks to daily departures from Jalisco and cross-dock hubs in Laredo.

  • 98% on-time performance to Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Phoenix metro facilities.

Our Fulfillment Model

Manufacturing begins in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, with finished goods moving by truck to the U.S. border. From there, the flow is straightforward: production, conditioning and QA, transfer to the CEDIS, line-haul to the United States, and final delivery to our 3PL or directly to your dock. This structure creates shorter transportation lanes, more predictable transit times, and the ability to scale quickly without the delays and volatility that come with port-dependent supply chains.

Packaging & palletization

Our packaging process is built for consistency, traceability, and efficient handling through every step of the supply chain. Each SKU is packed in standardized case counts, sealed and labeled with full UDI and GTIN data, and measured for exact case weight and dimensions. Cases are palletized using fixed patterns to ensure stable stacking, predictable freight weights, and easier warehouse planning. Pallets are wrapped, inspected, and assigned the correct HTS code and country-of-origin markings before they leave our facility. This structure gives materials managers clear, reliable information for storage, forecasting, and transportation.
