Who qualifies for samples?

Hospitals, clinics, licensed practices, and group purchasing organizations in the U.S. We verify requests before shipping kits.

How fast do samples ship?

Confirmation within 24–48 hours. Transit typically 2–4 days depending on location.

What documentation is included?

Compliance binder with FDA importer info, ISO certificates, AAMI/ASTM test data, COAs, and labeling proofs.

Compliance & quality

Do you supply regulatory support for audits?

Yes. We provide audit-ready documentation, join review calls, and supply additional QA records as needed.

How often are certificates renewed?

ISO certifications and FDA registrations are monitored continuously. Clients receive updates any time a renewal or change occurs.

Can Florence work with private label programs?

Absolutely. We support private label compliance, packaging proofs, and regulatory requirements under your brand.

Logistics & supply

Where do shipments originate?

Primarily from Monterrey, Mexico with USMCA-qualified materials. Optional U.S. 3PL staging is available.

What lead times can we expect?

Average 10–14 days for gowns and masks, 18–28 days for customized packs. Surge and buffer programs available.

Can Florence integrate with our ERP?

Yes. We provide landed-cost data, shipment milestones, and replenishment triggers in formats compatible with major ERPs.
